These terms cover this website and text messages from Trillium Partners LLC, a family-owned real estate company in Seattle, Washington.

Text messages

What they're for. We text property owners about a possible sale of their property: answering questions, scheduling calls and visits, and sending offer details.
Who gets them. Only people who texted us first or agreed on a call to hear from us by text. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of selling to us.
How often. Message frequency varies with our conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping them. Reply STOP to any message and we'll send one last text confirming you're opted out. Reply HELP, call (206) 203-7340 or email skyler@trilliumpartners.net for help.
Carriers. Mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

This website

This site describes how we buy property. Nothing on it is an offer to buy any particular property. An offer from us is always in writing and signed. Trillium Partners buys real estate for its own portfolio and is not a licensed real estate brokerage.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Washington law governs them.
